Founded in 2011 by Bastien Gaisne, architect DESA HMONP and interior achitect ESAG Penninghen, former associate professor at the National Taiwan University of Architecture and Technology.

Approaching projects with harmony or contrast, a knowledge of architectural styles and art history, BAZ LTD. Architecture & Design creates, dresses up, expands and redefines residential and commercial spaces or ambiance through a contemporary and expert vision.

Based in Paris, near the historical Buttes Chaumont park, but extending all over France and abroad, BAZ LTD. is a reactive studio and works with local and international clientèle alike, focused on qualified contractors, with the utmost professionalism and according to best standard practices, budgets and planning.
